Nick Wright is a founding director of Editor Software – a UK-based company that designs software to help individuals and organizations improve the clarity of documents. He is one of the three main designers of the highly acclaimed StyleWriter copy-editing software. Nick has extensive experience helping government agencies and businesses transform the style and clarity of documents. He has trained over 10,000 people – including senior management - on his Writing for Results seminars. He’s used this experience in a computer-based Writing Course for the US Government. Nick has 20 years’ experience as an editor, software designer and promoter of plain English. He spends most of his working time marketing StyleWriter and the Course and adapting StyleWriter to develop computerized house styles for organizations. When not working, he’s an avid golfer constantly struggling to improve his game and drinking beer in English pubs.
